October 1, 2005, Brier attended Maplewood Assistance Partners, Inc.  She placed first and fourth in Regular Novice "A" Agility - handled by Tracy A Gustafson.  Brier has begun accruing points toward her Gamblers Title. 


 

October 2, 2005, Brier attended Maplewood Assistance Partners, Inc.  She placed second in Regular Novice "A" Agility - handled by Richard W Mitchell.  Brier has earned more points toward her Novice Agility Title.

... We will attend a NADAC  Agility Trial  again next year 2006.

Dr. Mario Holscher

Is a PSK licensed Working Trial Judge and a Kormeister since 2001.  Presently 29 years old, Herr Holscher has
been handling and training dogs since age 14.  He has competed with his own dog in several national
championship competitions, and dogs trained by him have successfully competed at the regional and national
levels in Germany.  In Germany and in Scandinavia, he has held seminars for helpers and trainers.  He has also
worked many regional and national championship trials.

Herr Holscher has been team leader of the Riesenschnauzer handlers representing the PSK at the qualification trials for FCI World Championship competition since 1997. 

 Beginning in 2000, he has coached the German national team (Team PSK) bearing up successfully against competition from the other working breeds.  In 2003,
Herr Holscher was appointed to represent the PSK in the Association of Breed Registry and Working Dog Sport Clubs,
or Arbeitsgemienschaft der Zuchtvereine und Gebrauchshundeverbande. (AZG).

 

Wilfried Lohmann

Our Conformation Judge, was raised in a family which has bred all three types of schnauzers:  Miniature,
Standard and Riesenschnauzer since 1918, under the kennel name: vom Paderquell.  Herr Lohmann's
father:  Karl-Franz Lohmann was an all breed judge with international recognition.  His grandfather
was also known worldwide as a canine expert.

Herr Lohmann is a PSK board member, as the Chief of Judges.  He is a respected breeder, breed warden and
breed judge; and since 1984, he is licensed as a special breed judge for all Pinscher and Schnauzer
breeds.  Since 1990, he and his wife:  Kirstin have bred black RS and black and silver Miniature
Schnauzers.  After 2000, Herr Lohmann has supervised breeders in Northern Germany, as Landes-breed
warden.  He has qualified and competed 3 times in the German championships for RS, as well as in DVG competitions. 
He has successfully handled and trained 8 Riesenschnauzers to SchH3 over a 10 year period.
